Ann Stallard is a partner and executive vice president of Graphic Communications Corporation (GCC), a full-service commercial printing company located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. With a degree in fine arts from the University of Kentucky, where she was named Outstanding Alumna of the year in 2001, Ann forged ahead in her career utilizing her creative talents and organizational abilities as an entrepreneur. She moved to Atlanta after graduation and partnered with her college roommate, Margaret Clarkson, opening an art studio. Just a few years later she met Hoyt Tuggle, who had just begun a small printing operation. Together, they decided to pursue company ownership in the printing field and 25 years later they are still together and co-lead a very successful business.

Ann has been recognized often for her entrepreneurial leadership in metropolitan Atlanta through feature articles in Business-to-Business magazine, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Business Atlanta magazine, GeorgiaTrend magazine, and The Gwinnett Daily News. In 1989 the US Small Business Administration named Ann as "Georgia's Women-In-Business Advocate of the Year".

Ann is an award-winning member of the Printing Industry Association of Georgia and Graphic Communications Corporation is a long-standing member of the National Association of Printers and Lithographers. She has also been a member of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Task Force On Small Business and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce; she has testified before Congress on small business concerns. In 2000, the Minority Business Development Council named Ann one of Georgia's 100 Most Influential Women.
